E1: SEC: Setting up Row Security on F0911 Column Based on DD Alias DCT Prevents Creating Journal Entry in P0911 W0911A But Allows Creating G/L Batch Entry in F0011 (Doc ID 2976442.1)

Symptoms

Have set up row security on F0911 column based on DD Alias DCT to prevent adding a Journal Entry of document type JY in P0911 W0911A. The transaction fails as expected after Save in P0911 W0911A Journal Entry. 
But the F0911 cancelled transaction does not stop creating a GL Batch record at Approved status in F0011 Batch Control Records.

Steps:

  1. Set Row Security on F0911 column based on DD Alias DCT securing access to document type value JY.
  2. Fastpath P0911. Click ADD to add a Journal Entry of document type JY. Note down the Batch Number. Click OK to save. As expected, web exception error on executing BSFN F0911FSEndDoc.
      Click OK, Popup appears with message [TRANSACTION ERROR   Transaction cannot be committed it was canceled.].
  3. Fastpath P0011. Find the Batch Number noted in Step#2.
