Speed Actuals Update P31B67 is throwing error 165WIM (EUR Code not Active) for Inactive EUR when trying to close a T2T operation. This is correct. For the same operation, Speed Operation Update P31B97 and Drain to Tank Volume P31B69 are not showing the error. This is incorrect.

Steps:

1. P31B94 Create one T2T operation using FROM Vessel which has some before Lot EUR’s. Save.
2. Go to P31B0780 View EUR Definitions and change that EUR status to inactive. Save.
3. Now find that operation and try to close it. Speed Actuals Update P31B67 is throwing error 165WIM for Inactive EUR when trying to close a T2T operation. This is correct. For the same operation, Speed Operation Update P31B97 and Drain to Tank Volume P31B69 are not showing the error. This is incorrect.
