Goal

When creating contract billings with retainage set up with the percent complete functionality in the Retainage Rule (e.g., P5404, 5% to 80%/2.5% to 100%), how does the system determine how much to retain if the billing amount crosses the percent retainage threshold? For example:

- Retainage Rules Table (P5404): 5% Retainage to 80% Complete, 2.5% Retainage to 100% Complete
- Schedule of Values = 100
- Billing Amount is 85

Will the system calculate 5% retainage, 2.5% retainage, or a combination of both?
