E1: 07: P076311 Manager Self Service Leave Review, subform Leave Management P07640 Does Not Show All Leave Records with User Profile Date Format EMD (Doc ID 2978492.1)

Last updated on DECEMBER 10, 2024

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Manager Self-Service - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When the User Profile date format is set to EMD (4 digit year, month, day) only a portion of available leave records are displayed in the P076311 Manager Self Service Leave Review.
When the User Profile date format is blank (Use System Value) all leave records are displayed in the P076311 Manager Self Service Leave Review.

Steps:
1. From P0092 User Profile set the date format to EMD (4 digit year, month, day). The associated user logs off and on.
2. Launch P076311 Manager Self Service Leave Review complete an open Find (no header entry except manager address number) and click the link Expand All. Note the number of records.
3. From P0092 User Profile set the date format to blank (Use System Value). The associated user logs off and on.
4. Launch P076311 Manager Self Service Leave Review complete an open Find (no header entry except manager address number) and click the link Expand All. Note there are more records displayed.

Note this was resolved in Bug 27617441 for P0092 User Profile set to the date format DME (day, month, 4 digit year) but this does not also resolve the Date Format of EMD (4 digit year, month, day).
