E1: 42: Sales Update (R42800) is NOT Inserting All Lines From Sales Order Detail (F4211) in the Commissions File (F42005) (Doc ID 2983684.1)

Symptoms

Sales Update (R42800) is not creating a record in the Commission File (F42005) for every Sales Detail (F4211) Line Number.

Steps to duplicate:

  1. A sales order with a Commission Sales Rep attached is created for inventory lines (S line types) from a batch process.
  2. Customer service department receives a spreadsheet with additional non-stock lines to be added for freight, fees, taxes and accruals (FX, F and NT Line types)
  3. The order is saved with stock and non-stock line types.
  4. The order is processed through Sales Update (R42800) 
  5. After Sales Update (R42800) runs, check the Commissions File (F42005)
    a. Find the Order Number
    b. Verify there is a Commission (F42005) record for some but not ALL Sales Order Detail Line (F4211) Numbers.
