E1: SVM: Unable to View the Content of the Logs of Managed Instances in Server Manager Management Console (Doc ID 2983818.1)

Symptoms

When opening a log file in Server Manager Management Console from a managed instance page, there is no line displayed in the content of the log as noticed in the below screenshot.
If the same log file is checked on the managed instance file system, the log several lines which are supposed to be displayed in Server Manager Management Console too.

Also, in the E1 agent log file collected with FINEST granularity from managed home location, the following warning is recorded (please note the "The server failed to respond with a valid HTTP response" message below):


Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Login on Server Manager Management Console
2. Open the JAS server managed instance
3. Select a log file from the list of the logs shown in Server Manager Management Console
