How to populate Branch/Plant with Default Branch/Plant set up for login User ID in P400951?

Scenario: 

Default Branch/Plant is set up for specific User ID in P400951 Work With Default Location & Printers.
 

When User logs into EOne, the Default/Branch set up for the Login User ID is automatically populated in applications where there is an input Branch/Plant field (for example P4310) except few applications (for example P41271).

In P4310 Form W4310I Work With Order Headers, ER code calls business function B4000370_GetDefaultBranch_F40095 Get Default Branch to populate the Login User ID default branch/plant in the Branch/Plant field.

In P41271 Form W41271A One View Inventory Valuation Analysis Inquiry, there is no ER code to populate the Login User ID default branch/plant in the Branch/Plant field, instead there is ER code to populate the Branch/Plant field with the Processing Option "Default Branch/Plant".
