Symptoms
Control the displaying of the customer address in the work order email as it can be an employee address. JDE Data privacy is not controlling this information. When we create the work order using P13714 the customer's full address is appearing in the work order email. When we create the work order using the P17714 the customer's address is not showing in the work order email.
STEPS
- Create an address book for a Customer with address populated
- Create an Asset for the Customer with a service provider
- ON the service provider define the Whos Who with an email address
- Set P31714 PO #12 to send an email
- Create an P13700/P13714 work order for the asset
- Review Email sent to service provider
- Notice the Company address is in the email
Same test using P48201/P17714 the Customer address is not displayed
