Symptoms

Randomly, Data Selection (DS) or Processing Options (PO) changes, are not showing up in the Web Client, after full or update package deployment.

The same changes can be properly seen on the development client.

The modification to the data selection or processing options is done on a development client, and then promoted to other environments.

Next a full package or update package is build and deployed. Sometimes, some of the DS/PO changes are not reflected on web client. It can be for any UBE or APP.
If the java Serialized Object records are deleted from F989999/8, the changes are seen from the web client as well.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will following the steps:
1. Make a change to the DS value, or PO
2. Build and deploy a full package
3. Check the report for DS on the web client
