E1: 46L: Error 019T - License Plate Breakdown has an invalid data dictionary value in P46095 Movement Instructions after upgrade to Release 22 (Doc ID 2987664.1)

Last updated on NOVEMBER 17, 2023

Applies to:

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Following your upgrade to Release 22 you now receive Error 019T - "License Plate Breakdown has an invalid data dictionary value" when going into P46095 Putaway Movement Instructions.  There is no "License Plate Breakdown" field/column in the Putaway Instructions form W46095A so why are you getting this error?

Data Dictionary defines field License Plate Breakdown (Alias: CHARF2) as follows:

Enter a code (Y or N) to indicate whether the system can break down a unit of measure (such as a pallet) into smaller units of measure (such as cases) when picking.

Values are:
Y - Yes, allow breakdown into smaller units of measure.
N - No, do not allow breakdown into smaller units of measure.

The default value is N. Set value to Y for units of measure the system can breakdown to meet the suggestion requirements.

The system stores this value in the Movement Instructions tag table (F46095T) and compares it to the Picking BD (breakdown) value in the Item Unit of Measure table (F46011). If both tables have a Y value, the system breaks down the unit of measure. If either table has a N value, the system does not break down the unit of measure.

Review of the customers CHARF2 data item in Data Dictionary indicates there are a couple differences when compared to what is seen in the Support environment.
