E1: 04: Batch Voucher Processor Report R04110ZA When Run in Final Mode Prints That One Transaction Was Successfully Processed When Thousands of Transactions Were Processed (Doc ID 2987728.1)

When the R04110ZA is run in Final Mode, the column 'Transactions Successfully Processed' is not updated with the number of transactions successfully processed. Instead, more often than not, this column contains a 1 (one) indicating that 1 record was processed instead of 2,277 records that were actually processed. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Populate the F0411Z1 with several records.
2. Change processing option 1 in the Process Tab of the R0411Z0A to a 1 to run in Final Mode.
3. Launch the R0411Z0A - Batch Voucher Processor report.
4. Review the report and note that the column Transactions Successfully Processed displays as 1.
