Symptoms
A new split sales order line created from partially shipping (P4205) a sales order did not create a A record in F4211Z1 interoperability table.
Steps:
1. P4210 - create a new sales order for 3 quantities.
2. P4205 - Partially ship confirm 1 quantity.
3. A split sales order line is created for 2 quantities.
4. F4211Z1 - Inquire on the order and observe a new A record is not created for split sales order line.
