Pennsylvania (PA) Political Sub-Division (PSD) 390916110 is not in Vertex Table and therefore not calculating when assigned to the EE on National Fiscal Data and processed in Payroll. It does work when a value in the F0701730 is used instead. It is not in the Vertex Table, F0701730. Why does it not add all tax areas when the R07500, R07940 and R0701730 are processed? We are current on the Vertex Updates.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Setup an employee with Tax Area (Residence) and (Work) = 390916110
2. Process an interim test and notice the taxes did not calculate as expected.
