Symptoms

Not able to view the artifact name for any BSSV object Via OMW application (P98220).

Steps to Replicate:

1. Open OMW Application (P98220)
2. Select any BSSV object
3. Go to Design tools
4. View Checked in Artifacts for the selected BSSV object
5. Some blank/incomplete records are displayed.

This issue is happening since BSSV was tested for the first time after the upgrade. This is an upgrade from JDE 9.1 to 9.2.7.3
Artifacts can be seen in 9.1 but not in 9.2.7.3 and this issue is with all the BSSV objects.

Changes

This issue started after upgrading from 9.1 to 9.2.7.3
