When application is opened using parameterized url, adding file media object using CLASSIC media object viewer cannot be saved, the save button is not working.
Works fine if using Enhanced media object viewer. Also works fine if not using parameterized url, i.e. login to web client and fast path to the app.

Steps to replicate:

1. Make sure in JAS.INI, useEnhancedMediaObjects=FALSE

2. Open jde app using parameterized url such as https://jas:port#/jde/ShortcutLauncher?OID=P13700_W13700B or https://jas:port#/jde/HostedE1Servlet?OID=P13700_W13700B

3. Click find to load the grid

4. Click paper clip of one of the row or click row exit attachment to open media object

5. Add a file attachment
