Symptoms

When reviewing the Enterprise Server, it was noticed that there was a plethora of users that do not log out and are all labeled as 'External Non-JVM'

Extra sessions are tied to scheduled tasks in ReportsNow software and the users who utilize them.

For example, if there are two users running scheduled tasks, extra sessions are tied to both of these users.

Sessions continue to last until timeout or restart of software
