Symptoms

Symptom 1: 

Tools Release 9.2.7.4 and TR 9.2.8.0 :   When a message with a report attachment (e.g PDF) is sent to a distribution list, the Workflow Kernel goes zombie and the orchestration fails. 

Orchestration Output: 

Symptom 2:

Tools Release 9.2.7.3:  When a message with a report attachment (e.g. PDF) is sent to a distribution list, the email message arrives to all the users, but PDF attachment is missing in the email. 

Steps to duplicate the issue:

1. Define a distribution list (P02150) with a few recipients.
2. Crate a Message step in Studio to send a report (not as a link, as the actual PDF file).
3. Configure the message To field to send to the distribution list (use the right keys of address number and type to match the one you created).
4. Add the message step to an orchestration.
5. Execute the orchestration.--->  Fails

6. Remove the report from the message step and save.
7. Execute the orchestration again
8. Notice it does not fail and all recipients in the distribution list get the email.
