When processing an Interim (P07210i) for an employee that resides and works in Jeffersontown/ Jefferson County in Louisville, KY, Vertex Geocode 181110410, the School District Tax for District Code 31140, does not calculate the N tax of .75%.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up an employee (P0801) in Jeffersontown/ Jefferson County Kentucky with work and residence Vertex Geocode 181110410 and District Code 31140 in National Fiscal Data.
2. Process an interim (P07210i).
3. Click calculate button. 
4. The county tax of 1.45% is calculating but the school board N tax does not.
