Symptoms
When attempting to send an approve request through an Worflow, the message delivery in Workcenter fails if the user requesting the approval is not allowed to access the Business Unit (MCU) of the approver.
If the approver is set up with an email address, the approval request is sent to the email inbox. This issue is only occurring when the message has to be delivered into the Workcenter.
