E1: 32: In P3210 Configured Item Revisions the External Reference in a C Rule From Table F41002 Is Not Working for Some Fields (Doc ID 2995452.1)

Symptoms

In P3210 Configured Item Revisions the external reference in a C rule from table F41002 (supported) is not working for some fields.

Steps:

  1. Create a configured item P4101 P41026 and set specific UOM conversions.
  2. Set the segments in P3291 including Calculated segments.
  3. Set some calculated C rules in P3293 to point to F41002 fields like UMCONV, UMCNV1, UMTDAY to populate the corresponding calculated segments.
  4. Create a new SO for the configured item in P4210.
  5. When P3210 opens, some calculated segments are populated, UMCONV, UMCNV1 are not populated correctly, bug UMTDAY is.
    Note: The external reference in a C rule from table F41002 (supported) should be working for all fields.
