Symptoms

In Work With Cost Summary (P122101), when the From Date/Period (PNDGLOW) does not have any records for an asset in F1202 (Asset Account Balances File) the From/Thru Date column (A12OW) does not return any values. This functionality worked in 9.1. 

STEPS  
1. Inquire on an asset in P122101 with current date information in F1202
2. Change the From Date/Period to prior date with no data
3. Notice the From/Thru Date field is blank
