E1: ORCH: "v2/tokenrequest/validate" REST Type Records are Piling up in F980060 (Exception Monitoring) Table (Doc ID 2996106.1)

Last updated on JANUARY 03, 2024

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9.2]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

It is observed that F980060 table is getting inserted with huge number of records having WOOBNMS (Web Object Description Short) as "v2/tokenrequest/validate" and WOTYP (Web Object Type) as "REST". There are no specific steps observed which is leading to this behavior and the records are coming from multiple users, not specific to any one user. For example, in a specific instance, out of the total 34K records inserted into F980060 in a day, 27K records were for "v2/tokenrequest/validate".

Changes

Updated the tools release to 9.2.7.3 which included the functionality to monitor exceptions for AIS REST API requests.
