E1: ORCH: Notifications Which Have HTML Content Throw Error 'Unsafe HTML Tag Detected' Message in Orchestration Studio ( Tool 9.2.7.0 or Higher )

Symptoms
After upgrading the tools release to 9.2.7.X , JDE notifications which had HTML content stopped working and they throw a message below when testing notification in orchestrator studio.
'Unsafe HTML tags detected in Message"
If an orchestration with the notification is associated to a control via form extension and it is executed from application then message about orchestration failure appears as below
This issue can be replicated using steps below :
- Login to JDE Orchestrator Studio
- Click on Notification icon and add a new notification.
- Use plain text option in message and pass a variable as input to the message . Use HTML content as the value of input.
- Save this notification.
- Click the test icon and select Dispatch notification toggle button and click execute button. Notice the error "Unsafe HTML tags detected"
