E1: ORCH: How to Troubleshoot Custom Orchestration? (Doc ID 3002003.1)

This is a living document where more scenario will be added in the future.

Created a custom orchestration by using the Record a Process option, possible scenario:

1. When running the orchestration, getting app stack error such as:

"App Stack Form Exception" : {

     "Expecting Form" : "P4310_W4310A",

     "Resulting Form" : "P4310_W4310I" }

Note that App Stack error occurs when the service request flow is not on the expected form, resulting in an error on that step.

2. Orchestration output value not as expected.

3. Orchestration does not work when calling from 3rd party system.

4. Orchestration has poor performance.
