E1: 52: Calculation Preview Button in Workfile, Job/Amount Revisions (P4812) Does not Keep Manually Changed Markup Information (Doc ID 3002166.1)

Symptoms

When updating the Rate Ovr/Cap value in Workfile Revisions (P4812), upon clicking on the Calculation Preview button, the system reverts back to the original Markup Information and recalculates the Invoice Amount incorrectly.

Steps:

  1. Inquire on a record in Workfile Revisions, Job/Amount Revisions (P4812).
  2. In the Rate Over/Cap field, enter a new value, then click on Calculation Preview.
  3. Notice that the system reverts back to the original markup information and fetches from the Billing Rate / Mark up Table (F48096).
