Symptoms
In OMW Web, when trying to promote an UDO OMW project from DV to PY, it returns error and status does not change.
The related Callobject Kernel goes to Zombie process.
The OMW project contains UDO Objects. Project having other object type, can be successfully promoted.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add an E1Page and several UDO objects to an OMW project
2. Transfer the OMW project from DV to PY
3. Web Client Exception error appears and the project is not transferred to next status
Issue specific to AS400 enterprise server.
