Symptoms
Employee Tax Method E (Exclude State Wages ONLY) is setting the state taxable gross to zero and all gross pay is incorrectly going to excludable.
Steps:
1. P0801US National/Fiscal Data, set work tax area to 050813120 and tax method to E (Exclude State Wages ONLY).
2. P07210I Interim, calculate, for work tax area 05 tax type F (state income tax) the Taxable Gross incorrectly is zero and the Excludable Amount is the full gross amount.
