E1: RDA: ER Variable Does Not Honor New Size of Data Dictionary Item in RDA (Doc ID 3003967.1)

Symptoms

UBE report is designed in RDA with ER variable based on data dictionary item defined with size 6. After the data dictionary Item/Alias is changed to size 10 and the change is deployed per steps in E1: DD: Deploying Data Dictionary Changes (Doc ID 626511.1), in RDA existing ER variable retains the original size, it does not accept any data greater than 6 characters. New ER variable honor the new size.
