Symptoms

The users are unable to load E1 Page “Adj Discount Percentage by Sup” With Tools Release 9.2.8.1 using JET12

Error:

E1PAGE (E1P_1608080002JDE_45) is incompatible with your current tools release. Please get the latest compatible UDO.

Steps:

  1. Log into the E1 PAGE for “Adj Discount percentage by Sup” (P43266)
  2. It will Error stating it's incompatible with current tools release
