Symptoms

Doing a Reference Architecture Deployment in OCI and the Infrastructure Provisioning is failing with the following errors in the logs found under /home/opc/JDERefArch_InfraProvisioning/E1InfraProvisionConsole/logs on the Terraform Staging Server:
