Steps to replicate the issue
1. Stop the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne kernels (services) with ENDNET;
2. Clear IPC;
3. Stop the E1 agent on AS400;
4. Start the E1 agent on AS400;
5. Check the object locks and notice that the number of such locks keeps increasing.
