E1: JAS: Parameterized URLs fail to load with "VTFormRenderAdaptee: renderHTML4: failed to render: java.lang.NullPointerException" on Tools 9.2.7.3

Symptoms
After upgrading to Tools Release 9.2.7.3, Parameterized URLs fail to load and lock the JDE Screen attempting to utilize them.
In this situation, the parameterized URLs were utilized for access at remote sites as needed for business requirements.
Steps to replicate.
1. Within Batch Versions (P98305W) search for R014052.
2. Select Tools -> Collaborate -> Parameterized URL, copy the URL and logout of E1.
3. Login utilizing the URL copied in step 2.
4. In the shortcut launcher screen, open BV (P98305W) search for R014052, select the version ZJDE0001 which has security (0)
5. Select Row exit -> Processing Options
The screen does not display and the application enters a non-responsive status
On reviewing the E1root log, the following errors were visible:
