On the P17730 (Capital Asset Management Parts List) when entering a part, quantity, and Supplier Number (alias ALKY) and tabbing down, the system brings in the P41061 (Supplier Catalog) price and not the P4105 (Item Cost) when the P4101 (Item Setup) is set to a Purchase Price Level of '3' to bring in the P4105 cost.

Steps to Duplicate:
1. Enter a P4101 (Item Setup) item with a Purchase Price Level of '3'.
2. On the Item Setup (P4101) and Item Branch (P41026) have a P4105 cost for this item.
3. On P41061 (Supplier Catalog) enter a price for this item with a Supplier Number.
4. Create a P17714 work order
5. On the P17730 for this work order, enter this item, the supplier number a quantity, and tab down.
