Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When a company has multiple payrolls like weekly and monthly payrolls over a range of different pay periods and pay dates. During this process Superannuation XML Extract-R75A0350 is ignoring some records based on Date worked. Payments are made on a monthly basis for payments made in a calendar month. Superannuation XML Extract-R75A0350 must be based on the date paid not the date worked.

Steps:

1.Setup a weekly pay cycle where the pay dates span 2 months and the payment date is the date after the last pay date. Ex: 31 July 2023 to 6 August 2023 date paid of 7 August 2023.
2.Enter and employees pay for 8 hours in in each day of the pay period (ensuring the Date Worked field is populated with the correct day of work).
3.Run a payroll and perform final update.
4.Run Superannuation XML Extract(R75A0350) for the 1 August 2023 to 31 August 2023.
