After configuring the orchestration for deploying database server using One Click Provisioning on premises or on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure when not using Reference Architecture, fails with "Failed to Validate <database_server> Server", as shown below:

Above, retCode: 0, means that the installPath does not exist.

Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Open One Click Provisioning console
2. Go to "Orchestrate" plan
3. Open the Database configuration, fill in the required values and try to validate the settings.
4. The validation fails
