Symptoms

During the 64-bit conversion, when attempting to deploy the special migration tool (SMT) from change assistant, a new window called Extract opens.

When the extract button in the window is selected, the following error is displayed.

Message

No file or directory selected.

Steps

  1. Login into the change assistant
  2. Follow the steps mentioned in 'Deploying the Special Migration Tool (SMT)' section of the 'Implementing 64-bit Processing with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne' learning path
  3. Check the results
