Symptoms
Prevailing Wages work correctly for hourly employees, but it is reducing the hours for Salaried Employees. PDBA Setup Auto Pay Method is set to N, so it should not be showing negative hours.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. P079420 Prevailing Wage DBAs, add a record for DBA 9970 with Calculation Method FC and Lump Sum PDBA 170
2. P079425 Prevailing Wage DBA Range, link DBA 9970 to Fringe Benefit 4402
3. P059115 Work With PDBAs, add Pay Type 170, DBAs, Benefit 4402 Method of Calculation % and Benefit 9970 Method of Calculation B
4. P0801 Employee Information, add a Salaried employee with Union, Job Type/Step, and attach DBA 4402
5. P059101 Group Plan DBA Setup, records for the corresponding Union, Business Unit, Job Type/Step, and 9970
6. P059121 Union Rates Master Revisions, add records for the corresponding Union, BU, Job Type
7. P07210I Interim, add an interim for pay type 1 with 40 hrs, make sure the Union, Business Unit, and Job Type/Step are correct in the timecard
8. Review the pay stub, and notice there is a negative Hours value
