Symptoms
When sending a message with To, Cc and Bcc, the email ID for To in the received email for Cc and Bcc recipients are wrong. For example:
- Cc recipient is getting the email with his/her email ID in both To and Cc, instead of just in Cc. Also, the To should have been another email ID.
- Similarly, Bcc recipient is getting the email with his/her email ID in To instead of in Bcc. In this case also, the To should have been another email ID.
This issue is observed in emails from orchestration messages, workflow messages and also in other emails sent using 'Send Message Extended' system function.
Steps to replicate:
- Create a simple message request with To, Cc and Bcc email IDs
- Make sure to have different email IDs entered in the message request for To, Cc and Bcc
- Create the orchestration for the message
- Run the orchestration
- Review the email received by the Cc and Bcc recipients
