Symptoms
Subsystem Outbound Transaction uses R00460 (used for MQ and more) to generate an outbound xml. When the password for the E1 user, who starts the E1 service in JDE.ini, uses a special character '&' , Then, the outbound transaction fails with the below error.
Steps to Duplicate:
------------------------------
1. Configure your system to use R00460.
2. Configure the Enterprise Server JDE.INI file to use JDE as the user starting the services and setup the JDE user.
3. Use the password that contains '&' character.
4. Trigger the outbound transaction
5. Review the XML that generated. The above error shows.
