Last updated on APRIL 04, 2024

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Transportation Management - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

A completed Work Order (at status 95) that was generated by a Transportation SO line gets put back to status 40 when the shipment associated to the order is placed on a Load, and then the Load is approved.
The status is reset immediately after Load approval.

STEPS TO DUPLICATE:

  1. Configure a version of P4210 Sales Order entry to use a W line type, so that a Work Order is created.
  2. Ensure the Order and Line combination is present in the 49/SD UDC table so that a shipment is created.
  3. Raise an order, and note the associated work order; process it thorough parts list and completion so that the status reaches 95.
  4. Add the shipment to a Load, and then approve this Load.
  5. Observe that the WO status is changed from 95 back to 40 after Load approval. step details>
