Goal

Is it possible for a user with less privileges in Server Manager Management Console to enable his own user specific debug logging on Java based JD Edwards EnterpriseOne servers?

There are situations when users developing applications or orchestrations, for example, want to enable user specific debug logging to troubleshoot the flow in the JDE applications or Orchestrations.
Normally, the users have to have at least webProductInstance - Web Product Instance Management privilege in Server Manager Management Console to be able to alter the logging configuration, but this privilege allows also the users to: manage an EnterpriseOne web products including HTML Severs, PIMSync, Real Time Events Server, SBF servers, AIS servers, and the corresponding application servers (Oracle WebLogic Server and IBM WebSphere). This permission grants the authority to create new web product instances, remove (uninstall) existing web product instances, configure web products, register/de-register application servers, configure application servers, and start/stop of both application servers and web products. This permission also permits changing the tools release of a corresponding server. This permission also permits to delete the instance log files. This permission also grants the authority to run operations which modify the runtime metrics data.
