Symptoms

When requesting the reset of the password from JAS server login page on tools release 9.2.7.x or later, the message sent to the user containing the reset password link, is sent from the user's email account, rather than the generic email ID set in JDE.INI on Enterprise Server.

It is required that the email sent to the user's email address for reset the password to be sent from a generic email address.
