Symptoms
In Change Request Entry (P5310) the Cost GL date in a Change Request line can only be changed when the Cost Status is changed to a new value. If the GL Date needs to be changed but the Cost Status does not need to be changed, the system allows to change the Cost Status in order to change the GL Date and then revert it back to the previous value.
When a Change Request has many lines, this functionality is hard to use. The system should allow the GL Date to be changed without the need to change the Cost Status, especially when copying Quoted amounts from a previous Period to Final.
