Symptoms

When a Preventative Maintenance PM service type is added to an equipment record using the P13705 Global PM Schedule, that has not had that maintenance performed as yet, the last completed date is populated with a date in the past, potentially making the service come due immediately.  The R12807 PM Update then shows PM as past due.  Request is to mass update (such as by using interoperability) the Last Completed Date when adding a service type to an existing Equipment Asset record.
