E1: ORCH: FTP Connector is Not Sending a File to the Specified Location when an Absolute Path is Entered (Doc ID 3015930.1)

Last updated on APRIL 15, 2024

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Customer is attempting to use an FTP Connector and FTP Connection to send a file to a third party which requires the file to be put in a path structure like this:
/AFOLDER/BFOLDER/BIN/TEST
OR
/AFOLDER/BFOLDER/BIN/PROD

However, no matter if we include the above path in the Connection or the Connector, the files end up in the base folder here:
/AFOLDER

Even with debug enabled it says the file was copied to that path, but it's not.
