Symptoms

The Florida DOR (Department of Revenue) has released new 2024 specifications that require an update to EnterpriseOne Florida SUI XML Format (10) R078310X and World Florida SUI XML P068310X.

Note if the customer uploads the XML to the Florida DOR website with the old specifications they receive: E40 The Software Id is invalid for this filing year. Please contact your XML software developer for a valid Software Id.
