E1: CFR11: Multiple Audit Tables (Ex: F0011) are Affected With Incorrect Application Name in CFRPID Column When Auditing is Enabled (Doc ID 3018534.1)

Last updated on APRIL 30, 2024

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9.2]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Auditing is enabled successfully on table F0011 table and the audit data is captured successfully. However, there are records with program Id(CFRPID) as P986162 (printer selection application) in the audit table of F0011. This table is updated from application P0911 and this application has no relation with P986162 (printer selection application).

This issue is random and can happen to any application / audit table.  At times, after logout and login, it starts capturing the correct application name but again this behavior is not very consistent. Customer has checked around 30 tables which has auditing enabled in this environment and most of the tables have records with P986162 in the CFRPID column even though they are not related to P986162.

This issue is with both standard and custom application. There is no specific steps to replicate this issue as this is random.
