E1: 77: Accounts Payable Vouchers F0411 from Payroll Do Not Have Corporate Tax ID in Remark Column for the Tax Types C1 and C2 (Doc ID 3018995.1)

Symptoms

When the user submits Journals from Payroll Workbench P07210 during the payroll process the R074902 the temporary table F07491 (Payroll - Accounts Payable Summary File) Remark column is not populated with the Corporate Tax ID for new tax types C1 and C2. Once Final Update is run the Batch Voucher Processor R04110ZA creates F0411 with the Remark column of "Payroll Taxes" instead of "Corporate Tax ID number and Payroll Taxes".

Steps:
1. P07210 Payroll Workbench, submit pre-payroll with a Canadian employee that meets the tier 2 income level and creates tax types C1 and C2.
2. P07210 Payroll Workbench, submit Journals which calls R074902 Generate Payroll Voucher Journal Entries.
Note that the temporary table F07491 (Payroll - Accounts Payable Summary File) Remark column is not populated with the Corporate Tax ID for the C1 and C2 tax types.  This carries over to Final Update with the F0411 vouchers are created.
