Symptoms

When users attempt to reset their password by clicking on the "Reset Password" link, an error occurs in the Security Kernel logs. The error message displayed is:


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Client clicks on "Reset Password" link.
  2. Observe the error message appears in Security Kernel log
