Symptoms
The customer recently upgraded their WebLogic version from 12C to 14. They performed separate installations and created distinct instances for each version. Although they haven't removed the old 12C installation yet, they've kept all services and managed server instances associated with 12C offline. However, they've observed a Java process running every minute, still utilizing the old 12C installed JAR files. This process recurs consistently and is visible in the Windows Task Manager.
In the task manager, it shows:
The referenced jar files belong to the WLS 12c instance.
